The Myepad has 3 parts, one for each year. Each part is then split into the different placements that the students will have within that part.
Each part, regardless of year will contain assessment of the following:
Professional Values
1-29 Proficiencies
An episode of care
Medicines Management
As the student progresses through the parts, the criteria for each of these assessments will be different as they move from guided participation in Part 1, to active participation in Part 2 to finally practising independently in Part 3
Each placement that the student completes, will continue to have an initial, intermediate and final interview. The final assessment date will be communicated with you so you will know when the final sign off for the part needs to take place.
The proficiencies, episode of care and Medicines management span all of the part. The professional values have a midpoint and an end point assessment for the Part.
The on-going Achievement record is the document that spans all parts so there will be an end assessment point to verify for part 1, part 2 and part 3 within the OAR.
In part 2 and 3 within the OAR there are proficiencies that must be attained and verified
