I wanted to create this blog to begin sharing my own experiences working as a HR professional and share relevant factors affecting your employment in the UK. I have not been on my career journey long in Human Resources but what I have learned already is, there is a lot of stigma around HR, and not too much understanding of the purpose and value that the department holds. Without adding monetary value, HR must work to add value in other ways. Partnering the business strategically is the emerging role of HR.
