The movie The Odyssey was made by Christopher Nolan, who wrote, directed, and produced the film with Emma Thomas, and it was distributed by Universal Pictures. The movie had a reported production budget of about $250 million, with an estimated $125 million spent on marketing. As of August 2026, The Odyssey has made about $1.45 billion worldwide at the box office.
