HISTORY

California Fish Grill was founded in 1998 by Victor Topete in Gardena, California, as a fast-casual restaurant focused on serving fresh, sustainably sourced, and responsibly grilled seafood at an affordable price. Over 25 years later, the company, now headquartered in Newport Beach, has grown to nearly 60 locations across California, Nevada, and Arizona, all company-owned, with plans for expansion into new markets.
