How it started
On the Academy of the Canyons campus, ReNew was originally an initiative against cyberbullying. After witnessing many students being insensitive and cause emotional damage to their peers, ReNew was formed to prevent bullying from taking place and equip club members with skills to take action. In the course of a year, ReNew expanded to encourage community building and teamwork. Our club members are able to practice their skills by working with elementary schoolers through ReNew's partnership with the Saugus Union School District.
Our Mission
At ReNew, we strive to provide an open and supportive environment for students and inform them about the issues that arise on our campus, whether that be through informational presentations or interactive activities. Our goal on campus is to build a community that trusts, involves, and leans on each other for support.Â

Expand chapters of ReNew to local high schools
Include more elementary schools in our program
Partner with sponsors
Create a community event for all ReNew chapters
