President Austin -- Leading with Kindness 

Steve Hartman's On the Road series highlights people who make a difference in unexpected ways. One of these people is President Austin, a 4 year-old boy who feeds the homeless and believes that leadership starts with helping others. Although he is not a real president, Austin calls himself "President" because he believes everyone has a responsibility to serve their community.
