Outback Steakhouse is a casual American chain restaurant with an Australian theme. It specializes in steaks. chicken, ribs, and many other things. Today there are over 1000 locations spanning across 44 states, and over twenty countries. The first location opened in Tampa Bay Fl, in march of 1988.
