It’s always the cheese that gets me. It’s sooo gooey and tasty. I even scoop up the parts that remain on the paper. I vote for In-N-Out having the best cheese. It’s American without tasting processed at all. It’s perfect melty surrounding the meat patties like a soft, warm hug. And that’s not to say it hides anything bad or mediocre about the meat like other places so often do. The meat is tasty and juicy, but has a slight crispiness to lock in that juiciness, and it gets released with every bite. Almost like a smashburger, but not smashed, lol. I’m assuming it’s a close feeling with a flat-top grill here. After having dry, flavorless meat patties often this week, In-N-Out is a breath of fresh air. I’m dreaming about it right now. I literally just had it, and yet I’m wanting more. I crave that meaty, juicy goodness. Plus, the buns are perfectly lightly toasted and sized.
