Our Lost and Found department is dedicated to helping visitors recover lost items quickly and efficiently. Whether you misplaced a hat, a phone, or a favorite toy, we are here to help.

Report lost items at the main information desk or call ahead to check if your belongings have been turned in. Items are kept for up to 30 days, giving guests plenty of time to retrieve them.

Staff handle every lost item with care, logging details and securing valuables until claimed. For items that remain unclaimed, we donate or recycle responsibly to maintain safety and cleanliness.

We encourage visitors to label personal belongings and take photos of valuables before visiting the park. By doing so, you can easily identify lost items and speed up the retrieval process.
