My name is Lakyra Hobbs. I am currently a 2nd year Psychology Major and Marketing minor at Hampton University from Dallas, TX. I am a self-taught artist focusing on poetry, digital art, and acrylic painting.

My artistic vision is rooted in being easily misunderstood. I see art as a universal language and use it to express my emotions and interests when words simply aren't enough.

In the future, I plan on using my artistic abilities to design cheer uniforms at Rebel Athletics. Being a 7-year Academic All-American cheer veteran, I would love to combine my passions and hope to inspire others to do the same.
