These Virtual Welcome Sessions are specially designed for Health Information Management (HIM) and Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) students.

Please read the information below and select a NEW STUDENT WELCOME SESSION and register. A Zoom link will be sent to your GTC Student Email Account after you complete the Zoom Session Registration below.

Things to do on the day of your Welcome Session:

Log in to your Welcome Session using your First and Last name so you can be counted present.
During the session, please keep your camera on and your microphone muted until the end of the presentation. You must have your camera on in order to be counted as having attended. We will do our best to answer questions at the end of each session if necessary.
If possible, please plan to be in a location free of noise and distractions during your Welcome Session. We try to provide information that will make the transition into your first (or returning) semester easier. As a health science major you will receive a lot of important information. Your attention is important and appreciated.

Fall registration is now open for all GTC students.
