Early Learning and Childcare Moray

Since the Blueprint for 2020 was realised back in 2016 the Early Learning and Childcare (ELC) team in Moray have endeavoured to maintain a high quality service that keeps children and families at the heart of everything we do. 

My name is Hazel Sly, and I have been with the ELC Team since 2018 as both the Continuous Improvement Officer and most recently the Early Years’ Service Manager.  The ELC team has continued to grow and expand to best meet the needs of our service users. As a team that includes a vast spread of employees, we are collaborating to make the ambition of the Scottish Government a reality;

To make Scotland the best place in the world to grow up in by improving outcomes, and reducing inequalities, of all babies, children, mothers, fathers and families across Scotland to ensure  that all children have the best start in life and are ready to succeed.
