Below is a breakdown of everything happening during PROM and how you can get involved!

Guest Passes: Link to Guest Pass (hard copies available in student services and the student store, as well)
GUEST PASSES DUE BY: APRIL 10th
Prom is an event for Prospect High School students in 11th and 12th grade. Students from other schools and PHS students in 9th and 10th grade are considered guests and must have a signed guest pass in order to attend. PHS 11th and 12th graders may only bring one guest.
Guest Rules & Regulations:
Sites may only allow guests at the following dances: Homecoming, Formal (when applicable), and Prom.
Guests must be 20 years of age or below at the time of the dance. A valid ID must be presented with the guest pass.
No middle school students are permitted into CUHSD dances.
Guests must bring a valid, current photo ID with them to check in.
The student and guest must attend the dance with each other and enter the facilities at the same time. If the guest arrives later than the student and the student has already entered, the guest may not enter. Guests will not be allowed at the dance without their host.
All guests must have a completed Guest Pass form on file.
CUHSD students are responsible for their guests’ behavior.
Guests may be removed from dances at any time at the discretion of the host school’s administration.

GENERAL INFORMATION
General Dance Policies:
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable for all dances. Please check dates before purchasing tickets.
- All dance attendees may be subject to search upon entry. Administrators can randomly administer a breathalyzer to students. Law enforcement may be contacted.
- Entrance doors close thirty minutes after the dance start time. No students will be allowed to enter past this time. Exceptions can be made for students participating in other school activities, but those exceptions MUST be prearranged with an administrator. Please email the Activities Director (rgilmore@cuhsd.org) for information.
- There is no exit or re-entry at any school dance. Students should be sure to have all the items needed for the evening as they enter. Students will not be able to go back to cars or their lockers to retrieve items once admitted to the dance. Students may only be excused from the dance if a parent/guardian is present.
- Students are expected to dress and behave appropriately.
- Students who are in possession of, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be removed and their parents will be notified. Administrators WILL utilize a “breathalyzer” to randomly check students for alcohol usage.
- Students must be picked up or leave the dance site immediately following the conclusion of the dance.
- Failure to abide by dance policies and school guidelines will result in immediate removal from the dance and parents will be contacted for pick-up.
