Basic Firestick Remote.
Advance Firestick Remote.
Select PLAYLISTS to see which playlist channel line up you wish to view.
Select GROUPS to see all the sub categories of content for the playlist currently being viewed.
Select VOD to view Movie content.
Select SERIES to view TV Show content.
Select MODE to choose the layout of how channels in the playlist are displayed.
Select SEARCH to find any item in the playlist.
Use LIVE/VOD to search for Live TV Channels.
Select LIVE/VOD then navigate to the Search text box and enter a channel name.
E.g. CNC3
Select SEARCH then SERIES on Video on Demand Playlist to search for TV Shows.
Navigate to the Search text box and enter a TV Series name.
E.g. Game of Thrones
Select MENU to display APP Settings window.
Select the 3 Lines Button on your remote or Menu button on some remotes to activate the following submenu while viewing a channel or content on your playlist.
Select the Groups Icon to view all the sub categories of content for the playlist currently being viewed.
Select the Settings Icon to view Advanced Player Settings.
Select the Audio Icon to choose between audio tracks available for content being viewed.
Select the Subtitle Icon to choose between which closed caption track is available for content being viewed.
Select the Aspect Icon to change the aspect ratio of the content being viewed.
Select the EPG Icon to view Electronic Program TV Guide.
Select the Audio Delay Icon to adjust the audio speed for the view content.
Select the Search Icon to find any item in the current playlist.
Select the Brightness Icon to adjust the brightness of the content being viewed.
Select the Volume Icon to adjust the volume of the content being viewed.
Go to Menu or 3 Dots
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Playlist Settings.
4. Select Playlist Update Frequency.
5. Check off At Every Start.
6. Restart IPTV Extreme app to update the playlist.
N.B. When stream live TV channels continuously for long periods, you should exit the IPTV Extreme app when finish and reopen the app to access updates to the playlists.
Go to Menu or 3 Dots
2. Select Settings.
3. Select General Settings.
4. Check off Play On Click.
N.B. To Manual refresh the playlist please select Menu or 3 Dots then select Refresh to reload the playlist.
Tip.
1. Video on Demand playlists can contain many items that causing some download or streaming issues. Use the refresh option and wait for Playlist to load entirely before using these playlists.
2. IPTV Extreme app will download a copy of the remote playlists to your device for quicker access to content. It is recommended to at least have 1 gigabyte of space on your device to insure the app can perform all task smoothly.
1. Go to a channel you like hold down the Select button on the remote till you see the secondary menu.
2. The secondary menu should look like below.
3. Navigate down the secondary menu to Add / Remove Favorite then use the Select button on the remote to confirm the channel.
4. A Star would appear on the Channel.
5. Go to Favorite Group to see your Favorite Channels
1. Go to a movie, hold down the Select button on the remote till you see the secondary menu.
2. Select Event Info in the secondary menu.
3. Select the movie to get the details from the list.
Review Movie Info and select back button when finish.
1. Select Menu in the top right hand corner of the screen.

4. Select Internal Player
5. Select Exo
6. Select Back twice to return to Main Screen
1. Make sure you are viewing a channel. Select the 3 lines button on your remote to enable the sub menu as seen below.
2. Select the settings icon in the sub menu
3. Navigate Down and Open Delay after AFR
4. Select Open Delay after AFR and Select 500 ms
5. Navigate Down and select Buffer Size
6. Select the right navigation button to increase Player Buffer from 0 to 10000 - 25000 ms
7. Select the down navigation button to navigate to OK. Select OK
8. Select back button till you are back on the channel.
To delete any Playlist in your lineup please follow these steps.
Select MENU
2. Select Select Playlist.
3. Navigate down to the Playlist you want to delete, Select the Playlist to bring up options
4. Select Delete
5. Select Yes to confirm Deletion.
6. Select Ok to confirm.
7. Select Back to return to Home screen.
Click the settings gear at the far right side of your screen.
Scroll down and select the My Fire TV option.
3. Then, click on About.
4. Now scroll down and select the Check for Updates or Install Update button.
When steaming some channels from certain internet providers you may encounter this error message from time to time. Do not be alarmed, this is a IP Address issue with the Network Provider. The stream will start to work after you continue viewing the channel for 1-2 minutes. Happens only on ANS Live TV Playlist. If you lack the patience to wait feel free to use the search option to find another stream for the channel.
Ensure you are not using a VPN service while using IPTV. IPTV doesn't require the use of a VPN. If you need to use consult IPTV provider for further details
Unplug your internet router for 10 seconds. This will help to clear cache stored on the device and improve accessibility to the internet and IPTV Streams.
Check you network connection on the device running IPTV service. Changes in your network may cause you to become disconnected from a stable internet connect.
Exit IPTV Extreme app and restart app. This can often help update the playlist so that IPTV Extreme app can connect to the most recently links to channels or content.
There are 9 IPTV Providers that are accessible on ANS Live TV, each of the providers can be observed by using the Groups options.
This gives you the ability to access better streaming depending on your internet providor.
ANS Live TV also has mark channels TR_ONLY. These channels tend to work best for our Trinidad & Tobago clients as they stream off Trinidad and Tobago servers.
N.B. These channels cannot be accessed overseas only if you use a VPN.
