Empower was formerly known as Niagara Cerebral Palsy. Empower provides individualized and unique programs for any person with disabilities. The goal is to make a diverse group of people live a better life. Some significant services they offer are:
Job training and care during the day
Group housing
Children's schooling for students with disabilities or for children of parents with disabilities
Medical and therapy treatments
Coordination of needed services for care receivers

On Wednesday, April 14, 2021 the Canisius College PA students spent their Cura Personalis Day focusing on mental health. Students and their families went to Delaware park to participate in yoga and guided meditation to promote stress relief and self-care. Check out their video and try some of the activities yourself!
