I am Ms. Taylor and I will be your Health Education teacher this year. I am excited to share this year with all of you! In Health class we will learn about nutrition, physical activity, keeping ourselves safe, making smart choices and being part of a community.
As our year begins, please remember to take care of yourselves - move your body, eat good food (but also ice cream) and make time to do the things you love with people you love. Also take care of the people around you. Some things that I love to do are run, read, go to the beach, spend time with my family and of course, eat ice cream. These are things that help me feel good and help me to be a better friend, teacher and family member. Find those things for you and go do them. I can't wait to hear about what makes feel you happy, safe and connected!
Please reach out with any comments, questions or concerns. I am looking forward to a great year with all of you!
