Missisquoi Valley Virtual Academy (MVVA) is part of a supported pool of Vermont educators who are committed to educating Vermont students online this school year. Our fully remote students will receive instruction from this pool of educators.
Instruction will be provided through Canvas, a Learning Management System (LMS). Students will receive coordinated support from MVSD staff (your coordinators) to ensure their success and maintain connection with their local community school. Teachers will meet virtually with students as a group and individually on flexibly designed weekly and daily assignments. Online office hours will take place to provide students additional support. The number of instructional hours provided each week will be comparable to their grade level peers who are in our hybrid program or in-person.
