About me

I have lived in New Meadows all my life as a fifth generation resident and have been teaching first grade for a lot of years.  As a student myself I attended Meadows Valley from K-12 and am in my 35th year working in the district.   A big accomplishment for me was when I earned my Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Reading along with my reading endorsement.  I received my teaching degree from Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho and am married to a wonderful man named Randy. We have been married for 34 years.

We have three wonderful children.  LeAndra graduated from Lewis-Clark State College with a degree in Criminal Justice.  She is working as an EMT/Firefighter for Meadows Valley EMS and Air St Lukes.  Randi Leigh graduated from Lewis-Clark State College with a degree in Sport Administration and Business with presidential honors. She completed her Masters Degree in Human Resources Development at Idaho State University.  She is working as a Senior Dual Credit Coordinator at College of Western Idaho.   Cody graduated from the University of Idaho with a degree in Wildlife/Fisheries Resources and is working as a Senior Habitat Technician with the Idaho Department of Fish and Game.
