About me
I am Paige Walker and I coach critical thinking, problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills through the study of all levels of high school Mathematics.
I started at MVSD in 2016, but before that I had 7 years experience providing 6th through 12th graders with mastery level opportunities in Mathematics.
Besides teaching, I enjoy aviation, skiing, biking, hiking, canoeing, camping, and hanging out with my family, especially my dogs.
I was educated in engineering and business and spent the first half of my career as part of NASA’s Mission Control team.
I love teaching because I know that if I can help students meet the challenges of mathematics, they will have gained skills and confidence to tackle, enjoy, and succeed at a variety of challenges throughout their lives.
