Kinder Buddies

Summary of Our Kinder Buddy Project

Each week we met with kiddos small,
To help, to play, to have a ball!
Our fifth-grade crew with hearts so kind,
Spent time with Kindergartners, you will find.

We read them books and played pretend,
With hugs and laughs that never end.
We showed them math, we taught them words,
Their giggles and joy were all we heard.

From art projects bright to games outside,
We shared our knowledge with lots of pride.
They taught us too, with their sweet smiles,
Their innocence made it all worthwhile.

We mentored, we played, and so much more,
Together we grew, our hearts we swore,
To be the best buddies we could be,
In our special classroom family tree.

So here's to the bonds we built with cheer,
A friendship that will last all year!
