The Mid Valley School District provides secondary insurance coverage for the students that participate in the Athletic Program. AG Administrators is the insurance carrier that provides this secondary coverage on behalf of the School District. Please Note: The secondary insurance carrier CANNOT provide payment to a medical provider or reimburse you for personal payments already made to the medical provider without an invoice and associated EOBs (Explanation of Benefits). Your personal health insurance carrier will provide you with associated EOBs either by mail or electronically. You must contact your health insurance carrier directly for that information. The School District CANNOT contact your personal health insurance provider for that information on your behalf.
