Hello everyone! As teachers, parents, and students, we must work together to have an effective learning environment. Let’s have a great year of learning and have positive attitudes! Just a reminder:
Tests are bi-weekly
Class rules and procedures posted below
Newsletters are sent out at the beginning of each week as well as posted to Facebook
No weekly spelling tests (tests are based upon what topics we are currently learning in class which includes grammar, reading comprehension, vocabulary, etc.)

Rules:
Always try your best on every assignment.
Respect your teachers, fellow students, yourself, and school property.
Always bring your materials to class.
Come to class on time, do your own work, and no cell phones allowed.
Horseplaying, complaining, foul language, and laziness will not be tolerated.
Learn something and have fun!
Procedures:
Assignments are to be turned into the correct bin, NOT on my desk.
If you have a question , please raise your hand. If you need to leave the room, ask the teacher for permission and then fill out the sign-out sheet by the door.
Do not talk or get up from your seat while I am talking unless it is an emergency.
If you need to borrow a pencil during my class, I must have collateral (something of value) from you. Examples include: backpacks, shoes, hats, etc. Once you return my pencil, you will receive your collateral back.
Always write your name on every assignment. No name means no grade.
