Applicants must be first-gen, meaning your parents did not complete a college or university degree.

If awarded a scholarship, applicants may be required to submit either a 2025 or 2026 tax return.

The NLHA Education Fund will offer four types of scholarships: one in recognition of one of the nation’s largest affordable rental housing providers and three in memory of three dedicated housing professionals and active NLHA members.
