Our Winter Trimester Art Show was amazing thanks to all the student artists who volunteered artwork to be seen! The voting would not have been possible without hundreds of students and visitors who viewed the show and voted on their favorites - so thank you to all!
Students will be able to retrieve their artwork from Ms. Hall and Mr. Fuchs during Power Lunch on Wednesday, March 25th.
On Friday, March 6th, each Four Rivers Conference school sent 10 of their best artists to ECC. Student artists participated in workshops including batik, embroidery, cyanotype, shrink-a-dinks, spray-paint hydro dipping, needle-felting, and sharpie tie-dye. The day ended with a group building competition where artists had to create wearables for a fashion show!
On February 6th, numerous PHS student artists participated in the "Celebration of Local Art" at the Pacific branch of the Scenic Regional Library. Student artists exhibited their work alongside professional and amateur artists from the regional area.
The PHS Fall Art Show voting is complete! Thanks to all of the talented artists who exhibited their work, and thanks to all of the patrons who viewed and voted on their favorite artworks.
Results can be found HERE.
Artwork will remain on display until December 5th. Students can collect their artwork from Mr. Fuchs and Ms. Hall once the show is taken down.

The PHS Art Club was chosen to paint the background scenery for the upcoming PHS musical production - "Seussical."
They've been doing an amazing job painting Dr. Seuss-inspired clouds, hills, mountains, bushes, trees, and signposts!
Art Club is meeting on Thursdays during Power Lunch, and painting crews are also working after school on Thursdays to get the scenery done in time for the late-October debut.
If you're interested in joining the PHS Art Club, contact Ms. Hall or Mr. Fuchs.
