Athletic Booster Website- Parents/Coaches can sign up to become an Athletic Booster member.
ATHLETIC BOOSTER FUNDING:
Request Submission (April/May): Head Coaches fill out the Athletic Booster request form to outline their funding needs. Athletic Booster process HERE
Approval Meeting (May): Athletic Boosters convene in a meeting to review and approve the coaches' requests.
Confirmation Email: Athletic Boosters send out an email confirming the items that will be funded.
Purchase Coordination: Coaches and the Athletic Director collaborate to purchase the approved items.
Reimbursement Submission: Coaches or the Athletic Director submit reimbursement requests or invoices to Athletic Boosters using the provided link.
Reimbursement: Athletic Boosters processes the reimbursement and pays the person or vendor directly.
