About the Boosters

The Mt. Vernon High School Music Boosters works to raise money and/or provide fundraisers to support the band and choir programs and to volunteer with band events, activities, and performances. The Music Boosters is governed by an Executive Board of parent volunteers. Various committees are also in place to support the bands. The Executive Board and Committees hold monthly meetings in the Mt. Vernon High School Music Classroom to plan and organize support efforts.

Volunteers are needed throughout the year to support the wide array of activities and performances hosted by the band program. If you have a child in the music program, please consider giving a few hours of your time! Volunteer opportunities are nearly limitless.
