Utilize the Essential Coaching Practices for Elementary Literacy, the Essential Instructional Practices in Early Literacy, Grades K-3 and other related resources to create clear coaching pathways.
Strengthen relationships with coaches and literacy leaders across the state in order to effectively collaborate, learn from colleagues, and address the diverse needs of the educators and children we serve.
Devote time to individual learning, reflecting, problem solving and personal growth.
