About Me

This will be my eleventh year teaching. I've taught Kindergarten, 1st, 4th and 5th grades and I am so excited to be teaching Transitional Kindergarten this year. While earning my BA in Child Development, I worked with  preschool aged children so I am no stranger to providing developmentally appropriate activities for preschool- aged students. 

Although this is my fifth year teaching at Sinnott,  I am no stranger to the Sinnott community. Both of my boys attended Sinnott when they were in elementary school and I substitute taught at Sinnott from 2008-2011. I also student taught at Sinnott before earning my credential.

My oldest child, Christopher turns 22 in September and is enrolled at DeAnza and my youngest, Daniel, is 20 and starting his junior year at  San Jose State studying Aerospace Engineering. 

In my spare time, I love to read, garden, play with my dog  and spend time with my family.
