Hello! This is Mrs. Tran and I am thrilled to be working with your child this coming school year 2023-2024. I truly believe in the philosophy that “teaching is a work of heart.” I believe that with our collaborative effort, we can make a difference in your child’s learning.

My Background

🎓Origins: 

I was born and raised in Vietnam, then moved to the US in 2002 as an international student.

🎓Education: 

I hold a Bachelor degree in Psychology from CSU, East Bay, and earned a teaching credential in Special Education- Moderate to Severe through Epic, a program from Santa Clara Office of education 

🎓Experience: I have more than 7 years of experience working in the education field, including teaching preschool for two years, working as a substitute paraprofessional, BIT, and teacher for MUSD for 2 years, and teaching in a special day class for four years. 

🎓Hobbies: I enjoy reading and listening to self-help books, making succulent pots, listening to music, trying different foods, and traveling.

I am grateful to have this opportunity to work with your child at Rose Elementary. My goals are to supporting all of my students academically and emotionally, creating a safe and warm environment, and guiding them to reach their full potential. I am very excited for a new beginning with each and every one of you.
