Help your child arrive to school on time every day. We start at 8:00am.• Make sure your child eats a healthy breakfast, snack, and lunch each school day.
Breakfast is offered in the school cafeteria between 7:20am-7:50am.

• Water is a great way to stay hydrated.
Please label water bottles with your child's name and room number (1000).
Refill stations are available on campus.
• Make sure your child wears appropriate shoes for P.E.• Provide a quiet place at home for your child to study.• Have a conversation with your child about their school day.• Make sure your child gets plenty of sleep.
The CDC recommends kids aged 6-12 need 9 to 12 hours of sleep a night.
