We believe family engagement is a key factor to student success. We are committed to engaging our families through various activities and parent workshops throughout the year.

Blanchard uses an evidence-based Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports framework to improve school culture and student behavior, promoting a safe environment for learning and focusing on positive behaviors.
Students who display our PBIS expectations can earn Whoo-Bucks to spend in our school store, The Blanchard Bazaar!
Instructional Goal: By the end of spring 2026, 80% of the faculty and staff at Blanchard Elementary will participate in job embedded professional development related to multi-tiered best practices.
Climate Goal: By the end of spring 2026, 80% of the faculty and staff at Blanchard Elementary will teach, foster, and implement a plan to promote student achievement through partnership and collaboration with all stakeholders.
