Fried Rice: 4 servings (4 oz each)
3/4 cup instant rice
1 1/4 cup water
1/3 cup frozen peas
1 egg. scrambled
3/4 tsp vegetable oil
3/4 Cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup carrots, shredded
1.5 tbsp coconut aminos
1. Cook rice according to package instructions, set aside
2. Wash and chop onions.
3. Wash and shred carrots.
4. Cook peas according to package directions, set aside
5. Grease a skillet and cook egg, set aside
6. Add oil to skillet and cook onions and carrots until tender.
7. Add Rice, peas, and egg to skillet.
8. When warmed, stir in coconut aminos. Serve.
Seasoned Broccoli: 4 Servings (4 oz each)
5.5 cups broccoli florets
2.5 tsp margarine
3/4 tsp lemon pepper
Wash and chop broccoli
Steam broccoli for approximately 8-10 minutes
Remove from pot.
Coat with margarine and lemon pepper
