Instrument Rental

Students that need to rent a school instrument will need to fill out the top portion of this form and take care of their instrument rental fee in the school's finance office or pay online using the button below. Once the form is signed by the finance secretary, the form needs to be brought to Mr. Beckstrand, the bottom portion of the form will be filled out and the instrument will be issued. Rental instruments are on a first come, first serve basis.
