Technology Corner
My role this year is technology integrationist. As a technology integrationist I will be collaborating with appropriate instructional and technical staff to support, manage, optimize the use of instructional software, and network resources to support quality teaching and learning in the classroom.
You can find me in room 194 just off the JH Gym (the purple gym).
My name is Jeanie Bower. I grew up just north of Grand River, Iowa. I went to Grand Valley Community School. After high school I attended South Western Community College in Creston, Iowa and earned by AA degree in education. I then started night classe at Buena Vista (Creston Center) to earn my BA degree in Elementary Education in 1995. My first job after college was not education it was in business at Sears credit in Des Moines, Iowa as a customer service representative for 9 years. I started teaching first grade in 2004. My first class happened to be my daughters at Murray Community School District. I have been at Murray for the last 20 years.
