TNSP's are assigned to the incident and available at ICP in Paso Robles, and Fort Hunter Liggett FOB. Today, 9-16, will be the last day Training will be available at Paso Robles. Checking in or closing out with Training can be performed at either location (through tomarrow). You must close out with Training in order to recieve incident credit for your assignment.
Checking in with an Incident Training Specialist (TNSP) is essential for trainees to ensure their experience on an incident is officially recognized, properly documented, and supervised. The TNSP acts as the primary coordinator for training opportunities, ensuring trainees are correctly identified and matched with qualified evaluators.
Use the links below to register, update, and initiate assignment closeout with the TNSP's. Evaluators can use the tools below to ensure that quality evaluations are being written. Utilize the "Performance Evaluations" button below for postion specific evaluation forms to assist with generating quality evals.

Trainer / Evaluators: If as much work as possible has been completed in the position task book, you are strongly encouraged to take advantage of your time in camp and conduct the training close-out with the TNSP. It is not necessary to wait until demob!

Listed below are links to forms, each trainee will need, to register and close their documentation package with the Incident Training Specialist.
Using the "Training Assignment Registration" button, register your assignment with the Training Specialist.
Click the "Incident Training Program Instructions" button to obtain information on how to manage your training assignment while on the incident
Prior to closing out your package with the Training Specialist.
Your Trainer will complete the appropriate entries in your Position Task Book, including the Evaluation Record (in the back) and if you are being recommended for qualification, the Final Evaluator block at the front of the task book.
Use the "Performance Evaluation Forms" button to download and complete, and sign the corresponding ICS 225 or 226 Performance Evaluation.
Click the "Final Trainee Incident Interview (Exit Interview)" button to complete and submit your Final Interview for your assignment.
With the above 3 items completed, and with your task book, see the Training Specialist to close out and receive your documentation package.
