Complete the Projected Revenue (Pre-Event) portion of the Fundraiser Revenue sheet and submit it with your Fundraiser Request. (Make a copy of the form and download as Microsoft Excel .xlxs.)
You have 3 school days after the completion of your fundraiser to complete the Actual Revenue (Post-Event) portion of the Fundraiser Revenue sheet and email it to psanfilippo@muroc.k12.ca.us.
For each form, go to "File", "Make a Copy", and "Download" as Microsoft Excel (.xlxs). Rename the form as "Club.Name of the Form. One to Three word description of fundraiser."
Click on the link(s). Then, go to "File" and then "Make a Copy". Please rename all files as "Club.Name of the Form. One to Three word description." Submit completed documents to psanfilippo@muroc.k12.ca.us.
