Tibi has built an exciting and diverse career spanning multiple industries, starting with building equipment and testing spacecraft assemblies. He transitioned to pioneering 3D printing technology, developing innovative equipment and applications that are still utilized today. After a successful stint as a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley, helping clients navigate complex markets, he joined NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory as a Mission Control Engineer for the Cassini mission. For the last 8 years, he has been leading Adidas' Maker Lab. With three patents to his name, all related to sustainable manufacturing methods, his expertise has helped redefine what’s possible in the industry. Currently, his focus is on developing cutting-edge materials that have wide-reaching applications in sustainability, combining technical knowledge with a vision for a greener future.
