Taylor Swift
FEARLESS
FEARLESS
Taylor Swift showed an interest in music from a very early age. She was only 11 when she first sang in front of a crowd, and the following year she picked up her guitar and started to write songs. Her inspiration, at first, came mainly from country music. She didn't always have a happy childhood. Although her parents always supported her, her years at school and high school were tough as she was considered an outsider by her classmates. She didn't really fit in. However, she always says that this made her stronger because she learnt to fight against prejudice from the start.
She has won many awards, and this hasn't always been easy either. In 2009, she topped the best female video category for "You belong with me" at the MTV Video Music Awards. During her acceptance speech, Swift was interrupted by rapper Kanye West, who said that the award should have gone to Beyoncé. Later in the programme, when Beyoncé was accepting her award for video of the year, she invited Swift on stage to finish her speech, a move that drew a standing ovation for both performers.

Her career hasn't always been easy, but she has proved that the best way to fight against adversity is to keep on doing what you love best.
Her music has changed from a more country/pop/beat style to a very introspective one in albums like "Folklore" or "Evermore". No doubt, an example to follow who will continue to amaze us with her unquestionable creativity.
