P.E with Joe

I know that one day a week is not enough to work out but I'm sure you're doing your weekly exercises with your teacher already. What I want you to do is to pay attention to what Joe says in this video and try to transcribe (write down) at least two or three sentences.

I want you to send your homework to: ceeaprof@gmail.com indicating the minute in which he says those sentences. For example, I copied from minute 0:04 to 0:19 and he says:

"Good morning everybody and welcome to day number 1 of my P.E with Joe, a thirty minute work out every single day from Monday to Friday. I'm gonna be your P.E teacher for the Nation, which I though it was going to be only in the UK but actually it turned out to be so much bigger..."
