I was born August 1 1989, in Hayward California, and moved to Merced in middle school. I went to Rivera and then Merced High. I took AP classes and played basketball, volleyball and softball. I always wanted to be a Marine Biologist so after high school I went to UCSB. I majored in Marine Biology. After Santa Barbara I struggled to find a job in Marine Biology that would pay my bills so I ended up back home working at UC Merced. I was a lab manager in a soil physics lab where I did a lot of field work and research in Yosemite. After I few years there I wanted a change and something different and I found myself teaching! I started working as teacher at Buhach in 2014 and also went to school to get my teaching credential and masters through Fresno Pacific University. I am now in my 7th year and I LOVE MY JOB!!

I met my husband Shane when I was 17, before I went off to college. He works installing security systems in houses and businesses. We dated for 6 years before we got married in 2013. We bought a house and have 2 dogs named Maverick and Scud, which are jack russels. In 2017 we had our first princess Raelynn, she is now 3 years old with so much attitude and laughter. This year, in February 2020, we welcomed our second (and last) princess Rylee, she is now 6 months old, a splitting image of her dad with the attitude of her mom. I love going camping, doing projects around the house, and spending time with friends and family. I love Disney, Disneyland, Star Wars, Marvel, Harry Potter, Hunger Games, Divergent series, puzzles, working out, coaching basketball and volleyball, watching football (go Dolphins), I love all Holidays and planning events and birthdays,
