Volunteer Clearances
All volunteers working with youth on a regular and consistent basis must complete the following clearance processes. Clearances are not considered complete until ALL final results are uploaded and on file with the Office of Community Engagement (OCE). Clearances for volunteer purposes are good for 5 years!

Your Keystone ID is something you create! Make sure it's something you'll remember.

When asked for "site" you may write the name of the organization/location you will volunteering with. If you don't know the name of the site, or you are volunteering with multiple sites, please state "Allentown School District".
Receive email when results are available
Sign in to your account and SAVE and UPLOAD results in CERTIFICATE FORM.

Living on campus: use your MUHLENBERG COLLEGE ADDRESS. Then, include your home/permanent address as an additional address you have lived at.
Living off-campus (in PA): use your current residence address.
Volunteers* DO NOT pay for fingerprint registration & scanning.

*For CLASSES students are required to pay for their own clearances. If this causes a hardship, please contact the OCE for financial support.
Save a digital copy of your receipt and UPLOAD a copy for the OCE below.
If on-campus (Allentown): Take your receipt & state-issued ID to Identogo at 526 N St. Cloud St., Allentown, PA 18104 (located within Lehigh Valley Mailbox)
You will receive your RESULTS at a later date. Keep an eye on your email.
