Registration and Paperwork

• Use this LINK to provide contact info and general areas of interest. 

• We will use this contact info to communicate during the pre-season.  A final roster will created using healthy roster. 

• All athletes will need to upload and submit one of the following PIAA forms based on your current participation.  

  1. If this is your first school sport of the 2024-2025 school year and you have NOT already submitted a PIAA physicals then you must compete sections 1-6

  2. If you have already submitted a FULL PIAA physical then you will only need section 7.

• NO athlete can be cleared to participate in regular season practices until the physical form is completed and approved .  Therefore, physicals must be turned in on time. 

• Bring to the first day of practice or turn in before at any preseason open gym)

• Please do not deliver them to the athletic office or HS/MS school office.  

• You must print and complete forms 1 and 2 below.

• Open gyms for distance events are posted on the team calendar.  

• Basic strength workouts are posted on the pre-season workout page.

• Getting in shape before the season will increase your success and decrease your risk of injury.   

• We are looking for 2-3 parents to serve as team parents.  This involves coordinating with coaches to plan the end of year celebration. 

• We will also need a few volunteers for each home meet to help record results.  Positions and job descriptions are provided in the  sign up genius
