The season begins on March 10th

Athletes should report to track by 2:50 

We will meet at and dismiss from the track each day.

Students should bring all of their belongings to the track. 

We will NOT return to the MS or HS after practice. 

 Attendance starts at 2:50

Warm up starts at 3:00 

Practice end times will vary between 4:30 and 4:45 based on the event and workout for that day.

Pick up at the front of the HS

Please park in the lots across from the track, NOT along Blue Streak Blvd.  This creates back ups and unsafe conditions for athletes leaving the track. 

Last minute changes due to weather will be announced via the remind app.

       Required equipment 

>  Proper running shoes                                                                        

> Weather and workout appropriate clothing

> Warm up pants and jacket/hoodie MUST be warn to start each practice. 

> Reuseable water bottle (with your name on it) 

** Athletes that are NOT prepared will NOT practice and attendance will be marked as an unexcused absence.

Highly Suggested    

             > Large trash bag(s) to keep school bag(s) dry in case of rain.

               > Gloves, hat, wind breaker (for cold weather)

               > Basic wrist watch (for distance runners) 

               > Spikes for more competitive runners

- There is a big difference in sprinter and distance spikes.
