Upon receiving Gate 4 submissions, you will be asked to review the rubric below for each submission and write some notes so that you are prepared for presentation day to ask questions. The completed rubric should be emailed back to tcpc@mtu.edu after presentations are finished, which will then be used to compile scores. If any issues arise, feel free to email us at tcpc@mtu.edu or reach out via Zoom chat during presentation day, which will be closely monitored during this period.

Dear TCPC Judges, Mentors, and Champions,
This request is to get short bios and headshots for our competition program.
Here are some reference points for your bio:
1. Should be a high-resolution headshot and uploaded to the form as a JPEG file
2. Dressed between semi-professionally and professionally (business casual)
3. Bio should be written in 3rd person point of view
4. No more than 5 sentences in length (average length of a paragraph)
5. Separate from bio; name your job title and the business or company you work for
6. Aside from your bio, please answer the question: "Looking back at your college years, what would be one thing you would do differently, and would you be on a different path?" (may be done in 1st person point of view)
