Collective group means that the program and packages have fix departures and programs and is offered publicly ; anyone can join and participate as long as the minumum required group size is reached.

Minimum participants starts from 20, 30,40 depending on the travel date and package chosen.
What if we don't meet the min group size?

If the group departure does not meet the minimum group size the group will be cancelled. Refund will be automatically given back or you can choose another departure date or program to join.
How to join?

You will need to contact us and inform us the selected package to joined, submit passport copy and we ill inform you if there is still available slot for you then we will be sending you a billing invoice for the initial deposit to secure the slot and we will inform you when full payment is required.

Unfortunately we only accept cash payment through bank deposit.

Yes, we do assist you to secure a visa for the designated package you chose.
Do we get refund if visa is denied?

Unfortunately all deposit and payment for collective group is non-refundable, so we highly recommend to apply visa ahead of time so we can help / assist / assess your documentary requirements in order to secure a visa.

Unfortunately No, however it will be on case to case basis to consider with subject for approval of all suppliers and partners. We highly recommend you to get travel insurance.
