Dear Terrific Third Grader,                              

Welcome children, I’m glad you're here.

We're all going to have a wonderful year!

We'll read and we'll write,

We'll sing and we'll play,

We'll discover and explore,

And learn new things each day!

My name is Mrs. Gluck, and I will be your teacher this year! Third grade is going to be SPECTACULAR! My goal is to make every day exciting and special! We will create a classroom where we all feel safe, respected, and free to be ourselves. In 3rd grade, we will have a lot of fun by continuing to develop our love of reading and become even better writers. We will also grow into marvelous mathematicians, and learn interesting things in Science and Social Studies.

Some changes to the 3rd grade supply list:

• 1 composition notebook

• 1 ADDITIONAL folder (total of 3 folders)

• One-gallon ziplock bag with your name on it

• One roll of tape

• One glue stick

• One set of post it notes

Here are some quick facts about me. This is my 20th year teaching in Montgomery! I have taught 3rd & 4th grade in Village. For my home family, I am a mom to my two daughters Alexia (almost 9), Gianna (5), and a dog Sammy. I love reading and going to the beach in the summertime. My favorite thing to do at the beach is to get ice cream and watch the sunsets! I also love traveling to Disney World and take my daughters there often!
