Please bring the supplies listed on the LMS website or listed in the link below. Please do not try to bring them all at once! We will use only pencils and colored pencils the first day. I will have anything else we may need for that day.
If your family has difficulty acquiring the supplies needed, please let me know and I can work with you to help get your child what they need. You can also reach out to the guidance counselor, if you prefer.
Donations for the classroom will be greatly appreciated and can be brought in at any time. Boxes of tissues and rolls of paper towels are our top need as well as extra pencils. Â
We also do a project using shoe boxes at the end of the year, so I would appreciate any sneaker boxes throughout the year. I know lots of families get back to school shoes, so September seemed like a good time to ask!
I have a suggestion for this year. If possible, keep in your locker or backpack a comb/brush, toothbrush, and toothpaste. If you are using deodorant, you could put that in there, too. These things can help turn your morning around, if it didn't have a great start such as running late!Â
Additionally, keeping a sweatshirt in your locker is a good idea. You will learn that classroom temperatures can vary widely across LMS and a sweatshirt comes in handy in some classrooms at different times of the year.
