Transcript Requests

Montgomery High School has partnered with Parchment to order & send your transcript securely. This will allow you to create an account with Parchment and track your transcript request. Parchment is also used to facilitate graduation and educational verifications for employers & other third party agencies. Please click on the "Order Records" button below to set up your "New Learner Account" and make your request. The link will open in a new window.

Current Students - Please do not use the button above. Instead, please complete the attached request form linked below and return to your School Counselor or to Mrs. Mehlhorn at amehlhorn@mtsd.us. You can also stop by the Guidance and School Counseling Office and fill out a Current Student Transcript Request Form. The form is linked below:

Current Seniors - Year End Final Transcripts: Seniors must select their college through the "Set Attending College" field in Naviance. Once transcripts are finalized, they will be sent to the college indicated in this field through Naviance.
