General biology and CP biology are high school levelscience classes designed to prepare students for the rigor of college-level science. It covers the major concepts of biology while also building critical thinking, lab, and study skills. The courses include topics such as such as cell structure and function, genetics, evolution, ecology, and biochemistry. Students learn through class discussion and lab work where they practice scientific methods, data collection, analysis, and proper lab techniques. Critical thinking and application encouraging students to connect concepts, solve problems, and apply biology to real-world situations.
