4th Grade HPE
4th Grade PE
As you already know, VES runs on a 6 day rotation cycle, so your child will have PE for 2 days and health for 1 day. You will find out when that occurs once your child receives their schedule for the year!
In Mrs. Morris's PE class you can look forward to having such a fun time learning educational games and sport skills, but also practice being a great sport by developing honesty and teamwork. My class thrives in a positive environment and I want every student to be successful!
Each year we began with introductory activities which focus on boundaries, body control, and responding to signals. As 4th graders this is a review! As the year progresses our focus shifts to a variety of upper and lower body skill sets that the kids can apply in and out of the school setting. We play team sport activities, we work in pairs or large groups- but no matter what everyone is learning and having FUN! Some activities we might play are: noodle tag, rock/paper/scissor running bases, pacman tag, bowling, basketball, scooters, dance, AND SO MUCH MORE!!!
